1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging MNM Group Consulting LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for student debt reduction services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

2.1 Consulting Services

We provide educational consulting services related to student debt reduction, including:

Analysis of your student loan portfolio

Information about federal and state debt relief programs

Assistance with loan consolidation and repayment plan applications

Guidance on loan forgiveness and discharge options

Document preparation and submission assistance

2.2 What We Do Not Provide

We do not:

Provide legal advice or act as attorneys

Guarantee specific outcomes or debt forgiveness amounts

Make payments on your behalf to loan servicers

Provide tax or financial planning advice beyond student debt matters

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information

You agree to:

Provide complete and accurate information about your financial situation and student loans

Promptly notify us of any changes to your circumstances

Respond to requests for additional documentation in a timely manner

Maintain communication throughout the service period

3.2 Continued Loan Payments

You remain responsible for making all required loan payments until official notification from your loan servicer that payments have been modified, suspended, or forgiven.

3.3 Document Review

You are responsible for reviewing all documents before submission and ensuring their accuracy.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

4.1 Service Fees

Our fees for services will be clearly disclosed in your Service Agreement. Fees may include:

Initial consultation fees

Document preparation fees

Ongoing monitoring and support fees

4.2 Payment Terms

Fees are due as specified in your Service Agreement

We may require payment in advance for certain services

Refunds, if applicable, are governed by Section 7 of these Terms

4.3 No Advance Fees for Debt Relief

In compliance with federal law, we do not charge advance fees for debt relief services. Any fees are earned only after we have provided the promised services.

5. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

5.1 No Guarantee of Results

We cannot guarantee:

Approval for any debt relief program

Specific reduction amounts in your student debt

Timeline for resolution of your debt situation

Acceptance of applications by loan servicers or government agencies

5.2 Third-Party Decisions

Final decisions regarding loan forgiveness, discharge, or repayment modifications are made by loan servicers, the Department of Education, or other third parties over which we have no control.

5.3 Educational Nature

Our services are educational and consultative in nature. You should consult with qualified legal or financial professionals for advice specific to your situation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and information provided by us, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are our property or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Termination and Refunds

7.1 Termination by Client

You may terminate services at any time with written notice. Refunds will be calculated based on services completed as of the termination date.

7.2 Termination by Company

We may terminate services if:

You violate these Terms

You fail to provide required information or documentation

We determine we cannot effectively assist with your situation

You fail to pay fees as agreed

7.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are prorated based on services completed

Initial consultation fees are generally non-refundable

Processing fees paid to third parties are non-refundable

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

8.1 Confidential Information

We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal and financial information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

8.2 Authorized Disclosure

You authorize us to:

Communicate with your loan servicers on your behalf

Submit applications and documentation to relevant agencies

Disclose information as necessary to provide our services

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9.3 Third-Party Actions

We are not responsible for actions or decisions made by loan servicers, government agencies, or other third parties.

10. Compliance with Laws

10.1 Telemarketing and Consumer Protection

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and other applicable consumer protection laws.

10.2 State Licensing

We maintain all required licenses and registrations to provide debt relief services in applicable jurisdictions.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

1.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with your Service Agreement and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between us.

12.2 Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you with at least 30 days' notice.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

14. Important Consumer Disclosures

14.1 Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within three (3) business days from the date you signed it. To cancel, send written notice to the address above.

14.2 Alternative Resources

You may be able to reduce or manage your student debt on your own by contacting your loan servicer directly or visiting studentaid.gov for free resources.

14.3 Complaint Process

If you have complaints about our services, you may file a complaint with your state attorney general's office or the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.


By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
